V-Cap financed development of Garcia House: the new residential treatment facility for co-occurring disorders.
SummitStone has served as the largest provider of behavioral health in Larimer County, Colorado for more than 60 years, providing prevention, intervention and treatment for people of all ages with mental health and substance use disorders. SummitStone is pioneering unique integrated residential treatment programs for people with co-occurring disorders through their newly opened Garcia House facility.
V-Cap provided a $3.68 million loan for development of Garcia House. V-Cap structured the loan creatively to support development ahead of implementation of Colorado’s approved Medicaid waiver for residential SUD treatment, and to bridge funding from the Colorado Office of Behavioral Health.
