V-Cap financed the new headquarters of STRIDE Community Health Center

STRIDE Community Health Center serves the largest population base of any FQHC in Colorado. A majority of Stride patients are from racial and ethnic minorities, including a large refugee population on the east side of Denver. In four of the larger counties served by STRIDE, the combined number of people living in poverty more than doubled from 2000 to 2014. V-Cap financed a $3.8 million loan to enable STRIDE to establish a larger, centralized administrative office to better service their growing Medicaid-eligible population. 

The new building not only enabled STRIDE to become more time and cost efficient, but helped standardize workflows and processes to improve quality outcomes and patient experience.
