Vital Healthcare Capital (V-Cap) is offering low-interest loans to expand and strengthen primary care services in rural and low-income communities across Colorado.

Loans from $500,000 to $5,000,000

Interest at below market rates
Eligible Projects
  • Facility acquisition, construction, renovation or expansion
  • Medical and office equipment purchases
  • Technology infrastructure
  • Working capital for new or expanded services
Eligible Borrowers

Diverse Colorado providers with a strong primary care focus may request funding, including:

  • Federally Qualified Health Centers
  • Rural health centers
  • Behavioral health organizations
  • Community hospitals
  • Primary care practices
  • Senior care providers
  • School-based health centers

A limited pool of low-interest loans are available under this program. V-Cap welcomes inquiries so
that it can allocate funding to high-impact projects. Certain loans may also be made in conjunction
with grants from the Strengthening Primary Care initiative of the Colorado Health Foundation.
